The flooring and finishes created the look and feel of a NYC high rise flat as noted by many visitors to my home. While the cost puts the property significantly above neighboring properties, it is not something that I would ever consider selling as it is an irreplaceable gem given its location and amenities.” [/ivan_testimonial][/vc_column][/vc_row]
